1 Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed through our website.

2- If pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the product to our office address.

3- Refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours once the returned product is received.

4- Return/Exchange charges may apply based on individual cases.

Note for Return:

- Items must be unused and unwashed due to hygiene reasons.

- Products should be returned with original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Return/Exchange requests must be made within the specified return period (refer to the product page); otherwise, the product will not be accepted.
